
Dr. Whitlock is a native of western New York. Upon graduation from the Citadel, he received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. His urology training was completed at Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco. Following his education, he was assigned as the Chief of Urology at the 121st EVAC Hospital in Seoul, Korea, and then at Moncrief Army Hospital at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. In 1981 he relocated to Greer and established his private practice.

Dr. Devore is a native of Jackson, South Carolina. He graduated with highest honors from Clemson University, and then earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical University of Georgia, where he also took post-graduate urology training. He studied pathology at The Middlesex Hospital in London, England and further broadened his surgical experience as Senior Registrar in Urology in Christ Church, New Zealand.
